Understanding the Discovery Framework

The Discovery Framework defines three main rarity classes: EMISSION rarity, PATTERN rarity and HISTORICAL rarity.

Each rarity class consists of artifacts and attributes.

An ARTIFACT is a collectible in the form of a sat or a group of sats. An artifact can exist with or without an attribute. e.g. Uncommon, Palindrome, Block-9 sats

An ATTRIBUTE enhances the value of an artifact. An attribute cannot exist without an artifact. e.g. Sequence, 3D, Sub 50K

These artifacts and attributes can be combined to discover CROSSOVERS.

Crossovers emerge when artifacts and/or attributes pertaining to one rarity class merge with artifacts and/or attributes of another rarity class. Crossovers enhance the value of artifacts. There are three types of crossovers.
